I am against Home Owners Association because I can see really no
reason to have one. There is no "common" space (if I
wanted that I would have bought a CONDO!) or "green" space that
we have to take care of. (Paper Work LOST) All the RESERVE LOTS have been bought
and are privately owned. The developer did not file the paperwork leaving this development a NON PUD. (Planned
Unit Development) Try Googling Homeowners
Associations and see about some real nightmares. I like to think
that HOA could be referred to as the modern day Gestapo. (The
Constitution does not apply) Run by the "click", everyone else
left out. Remember you have to PAY to PLAY there is no free
lunch.

Start a HOA, appoint yourself President, set the rule that
everyone HAS to pay $180.00, that is for two years, after all
you see, I have a lot of grass to mow and up keep. It can be
very expensive. Declare to the State and Federal Government
that the HOA is a non-profit Corp.
The sad fact of the matter is that is just what they did, the
no people were shunned at the meetings, their voices were not
heard. One person said that they would just send the letters and
they people would not know any different. Another sad fact, he
was right.
So far they collected over $22,000.00
